Thursday Missouri River Image
Not a ton of traffic on the Missouri River.
A few boats in the Craig section today. Most were nymphing. Eddies seem to be the key for the collection one masses of dead Trico’s sinking and getting eaten by those ravenous trout.
Weeds can be an issue. Snap them off man.
Big weekend ahead. Splash and giggle out there for sure.
Get out early and you can have some solace early.
Headhunters open early for all of your trout fishing needs. Info, education, flies, shuttles, guide trips, lodging, SIMMS, RIO, Hatch, Orvis, Sage, SA, Loomis, ECHO, Abel, Galvan, SunBum, Howler Bros, HH Logo Gear, Buff, Just Add Vise, and stuffed fly bins with all of your favorites…also the best in sunglasses in the canyon!
See you for free perked coffee daily on the porch.

This is what my first look at the Missouri was at the Wolf Creek bridge in July of 1989!! My first thought was “How do I fish this??”
Overwhelming huh! I felt the same way Cliff!
