Scott – Titan Rod Vaults were bought by Denver Outfitters and have gone to a direct sales model for the most part. You should have no problem getting replacement parts from them at denveroutfitters.com
I just saw your message to John Arnold. Does this mean I can’t order a Titan Rod Vault from you? Right now, Denver Outfitters is not sending anything out until after August. I wanted to get this for my husband’s birthday in May. Thanks!
