Bill Evans and Neil Young? I did not realize you were such a cultured man-about-town, Mark. Bill Evans reminds me of my father in law who also played piano and marveled at Evans’s chord structures. Neil can get more mileage out of one note on his guitar than anybody.

Saw Frank (Pancho) Sampedro, Billy Talbot, Ralph Melina, and Neil do this in an unannounced mini concert in Santa Cruz circa 1980 or there abouts. Un- Friggin believable. Bought them a round of beers….More to the story.
