Endless Summer - Te Elovators

Endless Summer – The Elovators

Feels like an Endless Summer here in Craig Montana. Temps nearing 70F in the next 5 days, getting us close to the end of the month. The last 4 days will get us near the historical averages in daytime air temps.

Endless Summer. Thankfully nearing the end.

Saw this band in Great Falls Montana for their final show of the tour. Super-Duper. A cool club in downtown GF The Newberry. Check it out if you are local. Attractions many nights a week.

We were driving up from Bozeman, stopped in Craig at Headhunters and picked up a few Goldies.

Opener Claire Wright was awesome. Summer vibes through and through in her music coupled with a golden voice. I feel warmer every time I hear her. Check out the video below and bring that Endless Summer inside your office today.

During her set Claire was speaking about traveling to GF a couple years ago and not understanding the vastness and wide open state of Montana including the numerous trout streams. The tour had just visited Missoula, Bozeman, and finished the tour in GF. They had been fishing along the way and she said they stopped in Craig to specifically visit Headhunters Fly Shop stating she picked up a couple Goldies, the now famous white double articulated gold and white streamer pattern. Thanks Claire!

So fun to hear stories from traveling customers stopping in when in the neighborhood to shop at Headhunters of Craig. We thank you, all of you who stop in when moving through Montana on I-15. Open daily ‘cept Christmas.

Endless Summer hopefully ending soon. We would prefer to have a fall session, not just the wonderful colors on the morphing trees, but actual fall weather conditions. It may happen. I’m not holding my breath. Some years we have 3 days of fall between summer and winter.

Hump Day. Enjoy the Endless Summer. Enjoy the artists too. Bring some sunshine into your life. And, we all need sunshine, warmth, levity, fishing, peace, and music in our lives.
