Thank You Izaaks! Final 2024 Nite in Craig!

Want to give a big shout out there the great local businesses in Craig Montana that help our guests enjoy the time here in this dusty fishing ‘burb of Craig.

Chef John, Scotty, Zuzanna, Chris and the cast of thousands at Izaaks! A big thanks! Our home away from home with the best in local fare, the best fresh ingredients, all equalling the food that is out of this world. Does Chef John and his gang need to work that hard? Nope. But we for one are so thankful that this level of cuisine can be had in Craig. A real treat. Thanks again. We can hardly wait for next year.

Many do not understand the importance of a business like Izaaks in Craig. Many do not fully get how difficult it is to run a fine dining full service restaurant in the big city. Try pulling it off in the tiny ‘burb of Craig. This long time restaurant worker/line cook does understand the hurdles of operating in a one paved road town of 50 people. Pretty damn hard. Nearly impossible. I applaud John and his work ethic, knowledge, ability to pull it off 5 nites a week, and his unstoppable drive to succeed. It certainly is not easy, and we thank him  and the crew for their continued efforts. 14 seasons in Craig. Thanks John, Scotty, Zuzanna, and Chris for your fortitude. Thank you.
