Top Missouri River November Nymphs
Nymphing pretty well out there.
Mostly up at the dam and then on down to Craig.
Although fishing well below Craig too. Water temps still holding above 40F. We have a couple more weeks of quite good nymphing throughout the canyon, and beyond. Then we will be mostly confined to the upper half of the river.
Use the split shot on your nymph rig. Get deeper this fall and early winter. Fish the deeper waters off of the 3rd shelf line. Then move to the shallows for a bit in the afternoon. Although, you may not need, or want, to do the latter. Fish it deep all day long and you will be fine.
Boats out all week long as we are headed into a long weekend.
Stop in for a great SALE rack and an opportunity to shop for the holidays. Why not get yourself a Spey Rod this winter?
