Be safe and stay warm out there!
Are there any spaces at the campground ?
Hah! A few.
Gonna be colder there than in Butte! About time the rest of you freeze too!
Just coming out of a 10th Avenue freezeout here too. Temps were down to -12 for a while. Stay warm–I know you guys know how to do it. Enduring the cold is the price people who cannot live in an environment where wild trout can’t exist must endure. Or at least that’s what I always try and tell myself. —–LT
Joe’s is warm LT. By the fire. Nice Springsteen reference too.
Fished on Friday afternoon at Mid-Canon. 49 degrees. Six mid-sized fish (12-16 inches), all on pink scuds in the slackest of water. Pretended that winter was over, but now realizing that I was deluded. If HH is closed (Sunday, Monday), you know the weather is bad. Like FedEx not delivering.
Hello from the AZ desert. Seventy Two degrees today and sunny. Haven’t seen a fish rise since I left Craig. See you when the water temp hits 55.

Enjoy AZ! See you in June!
