Cold. Snow. Quiet.Not too much happening out there this past couple weeks. Looks like more silence on the horizon with snow falling today and the air temp dipping into the sub-zero region tomorrow.We are open and booking trips for 2023. If you think you may want to come in June or July of '23, now is the time to get those things wrapped up. By the new year, those PMD and Trico dates will have evaporated.Currently quiet on the water as mentioned above. The weekend may bring some fishable temps for swinging and stripping. Nobody has been on the water other than the water-fowlers.Keep Headhunters in mind as you navigate the holiday buying season. The only constantly updated information source on the river, for 15 years, and we will continue this blog as long as we can. We do not give up in the winter as many, if not nearly all fly shops and guides and outfitters do. Your entertainment and information source on the banks of the Mighty Mo.
